For Safety’s Sake.

Hitting an underground utility line while digging can cause damage to the 
environment and/or serious personal injuries.






Failure to contact O.U.P.S. could result in disrupted service and great
inconvenience for you and your community – loss of heat during the cold
winter months or the ability to contact vital emergency services like
police, fire, or EMS.







It's Free.

O.U.P.S. is a not-for-profit public safety organization –
there is no fee to contact us.





It's The Law.

Ohio law requires that anyone digging contact O.U.P.S. at least 48 hours
(excluding weekends and legal holidays) prior to beginning their work.
Failure to contact O.U.P.S. could result in fines or penalties.
