WebTMS is a Windows executable program that allows member facility owners to easily access, manage, store, search and archive tickets. A member administrator is assigned and provided with a link to download and control the program where he or she can add users and customize privileges.
When a ticket is received, via email, it is organized and stored through the Initial Response screen which is customizable. From here tickets can be viewed, assigned, or posted. With Ticket Management, the member technicians can log into the system remotely or work offline. Users can import their own facility mapping into the Ticket Management system and export notification polygons into their own mapping system.
